Our story contains more than 40 years of experience in bringing our clients’ ideas to life. We are an African American- and veteran-owned licensed general contractor headquartered in Rancho Cucamonga, California. We can build anything you want. We specialize in building accessory dwelling units (also known as ADUs), innovative workspaces, restaurants, and home remodeling projects.

Paul "Black Bear" Conor
President / Co-Founder
Paul “Black Bear” Conor is the president and one of the co-founders of Conor Construction and Development Corporation. Paul is a US Marine Corps veteran and successful entrepreneur. He grew up in South Central Los Angeles, attended the prestigious Harvard School for Boys (now known as Harvard-Westlake), and earned a Naval ROTC scholarship to the University of Southern California, where he earned his bachelor’s degree and commission as a US Marine Corps infantry officer. He is deeply committed to helping veterans and underdogs become successful in life. He brings more than 25 years of business management, consulting, and customer service experience to the company.

Vice President / Co-Founder
David Conor is a vice president and one of the co-founders of Conor Construction and Development Corporation. David has experience in construction project management, marketing, and operations. He grew up in Vancouver, Washington and graduated from Azusa Pacific and Liberty Universities, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in business management.
